Apartment 218 Torremar Natura
This immaculate, 1 bedroom apartment comes fully furnished and ready to move into immediately. It was built in 2002 and has been impeccably maintained by the original owners since then. It consists of:

Large outside terrace that faces Southwest
All furniture and appliances are provided and the condition of all the contents is excellent, with new items in some cases. It has fitted aircon for heating and cooling as well. The outside terrace is cool and shady in the morning, with a large sunshade fitted for the afternoons when the terrace gets the sun from about 1130-1200 until sunset all year round.
The apartment is situated on the first (top) floor within the Torremar Natura Naturist complex and it is literally 250m or so from Vera Playa Beach. The complex itself has communal green areas, a large outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool for all year round use. Within a few minutes (or seconds in some cases!) of the secure main entrance gates there are several bars and restaurants, as well as a large Consum supermarket, which is part of a small shopping precinct. The Vera Water Park is a 2/3 minute walk away but cannot be seen or heard from the apartment. A new, large shopping precinct with larger shops, leisure facilities and a cinema is due to be built in Garrucha (10 min drive away) within the next 2 years.
There are many places of historic interest to visit from Vera, including the Tabernas Hollywood park (where the old Clint Eastwood cowboy films were made), the Alhambra Palace in Granada and the old Moorish fortress in Almeria itself. You can also travel further afield within a day to Cadiz, Seville, Gibraltar, Cordoba etc. or get the ferry from Almeria to Morocco if you are more adventurous!
Access to the area is good, with the coastal road just around the corner. This links up to the main A7/E15 motorway and the new Toll Motorway to Murcia. Almeria and Murcia airports are only about 45min-1hr away and a new high-speed train link is due to be built soon, with a station in Vera. This will link up with the rest of Spain and Europe over the next few years. |
